Role Description:
As a Customer Collaboration Expert, you’ll frequently interact with the customer’s planning and commercial departments, as well as their project managers and distribution centers. Additionally, you’ll need to maintain ongoing coordination with our client’s internal teams, including logistics, sales, demand planning, marketing, and finance.
 

Responsibilities:
-Initiate, execute, and oversee projects aimed at enhancing both the customer’s operations and the clients order-to-cash and logistics fulfillment processes.
-Facilitate communication and coordination between the customer and internal departments, including order management, stock management, logistics, master data, and customer development.
-Serve as the main point of contact for logistics and customer service issues, including product portfolio management, master data updates, handling delivery complaints or returns, coordinating order patterns and delivery specifications, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Monitor and address any critical or recurring problems with customer orders in collaboration with order management.
-Inform customers about changes to products or assortments (e.g., updates to master data) and ensure effective execution by coordinating with internal departments (planning, sales) and the customer.
-Provide input to the Master Data team regarding the management and maintenance of the product portfolio.

Requirements:
-A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is essential.
-At least 2 years of experience in a related field is required.
-Experience with SAP ERP is advantageous.
-Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is necessary.
-Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is a plus.
-Fluency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required.
-Proficiency in data analysis and process evaluation is important.
-Experience in project management is beneficial.
-Ability to communicate effectively and strategically is crucial.
-Previous experience working closely with customers is advantageous.
