Role Description:
As a Customer Facing Professional, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers and the internal organization within the Supply Chain. You serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all operational matters, including service and logistics.
 
Responsibilities:
-Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, deliveries, and invoices.
-Share standard logistics information about products with customers.
-Coordinate with the external Operations Excellence hub partner.
-Review return and refusal requests based on existing agreements, and work with the Operations Excellence hub partner for further action.
-Send delivery notifications and invoice copies upon customer request, and collaborate with the Supply Chain Operations Leader.
-Handle customer claims by analyzing them within existing agreements, then communicate the decisions to both the customer and the Operations Excellence hub.
 
Requirements:
-Strong relationship management skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
-Accurate, goal-oriented, and able to set priorities with flexibility.
-Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP ERP is a plus.
-Team player with the ability to influence others.
-Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.-Fluent in Dutch and English (NL) / Dutch, English, and French (BE).
