Role Description
The Customer Facing Specialist works in the Business Operations division in the Customer Experience department. This department is responsible for the entire order-to-cash process: receipt of customer orders, delivery of products to the customer up to and including invoicing.

Responsibilities
– Complete follow-up of the Order-to-Cash process, update customers on the status of their orders, deliveries and invoicing.
– Proactively inform customers about products that are out of stock, provide customers with standard logistics information about our products.
– Order Management, adjusting delivery times at the request of logistics service providers.
– Management of delivery and billing issues, sending delivery notifications of invoices upon customer request.

Requirements
– Strong sense of relationship management
– A positive attitude and proactive, as well as accurate and targeted.
– Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
– Experience with the SAP ERP system is an advantage
– Fluent in English and Dutch.
