Customer Collaboration Specialist

Role Description
This department is responsible for the entire order-to-cash process: receipt of customer orders, delivery of products to the customer up to and including invoicing. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you have an operational pivotal role in the Supply Chain between the customer and the internal organization. You are also the point of contact for the customer regarding operational aspects such as service and logistics.

Responsibilities
– Customer analytics: analyzing the customer's operations through continuous monitoring and data analysis with the aim of identifying potential improvements in service, costs and speed in the supply chain.
– Driving improvements, Initiate, implement and lead improvement projects within the customer's operations and order-to-cash and logistics order fulfillment process.
– Customer Operations and Customer relation Management.
– Customer Care communication: point of contact with customer regarding logistics or customer service related, product portfolio management, master data changes, delivery complaints, delivery specifications.  

Requirements
– At least a bachelor's degree
– At least 2 years of relevant work experience
– Experience with the SAP ERP system is an advantage/plus
– Experience within logistics or supply chain
– Experience within the FMCG industry is an advantage
– You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
–  Good analytical skills (data, process)
