Role overview
As a Contracts and Pricing Specialist, you will be a vital member of the Global CPO Team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of contracts and pricing for the client’s ex-US regions. With close collaboration with colleagues in Lisbon, Portugal, you will support a diverse team and contribute to process improvements, system integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. 

Responsibilities

• Executing contracts and pricing operations accurately and efficiently for designated countries within the ex-US region. This includes ensuring that pricing on orders is correct and contractual rebates are delivered to customers on time.
• Managing user linking, group access, and approval workflows. Provide system and process training to business users, including the creation and maintenance of training materials.
• Performing SOX controls and data integrity checks to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Identifying opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of contracts and pricing operations. Lead initiatives to implement these improvements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including DTI, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting teams. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years in contract and pricing operations, sales operations, finance, project management, and/or business operations.
• Experience within pharmaceutical/biotech company is preferred.
• Solid understanding of pricing and global contracts, including familiarity with global pricing system platforms.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers at various levels.
• Experience working with affiliates and across diverse teams.
