Role Description:

Oversee the coordination, management, and monitoring of all process-related activities from our centrally located Control Room at our aseptic manufacturing site. As a Control Room Specialist, you will lead a team of operators, specialists, and technicians, ensuring strict compliance with quality standards, including GMP guidelines, safety regulations, and SOPs, to maintain optimal production processes.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with Shift Managers to coordinate and manage personnel and production planning.
– Monitor and adjust automated processes, workflows, and production activities to ensure   efficiency.
– Approve production activities based on measurement and analysis results (PMS system, free weigh results).
– Operate freeze dryers from the Control Room.
– Detect and promptly report any deviations or malfunctions, halting operations if procedures or guidelines are not met.
– Work with support departments (E&M, QA, QC) to resolve equipment and process issues.
– Review and assess data and documentation in the Control Room.
– Record deviations, malfunctions, and incidents in TrackWize.

Requirements:

–  Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemical Technology, or a related field 
– Knowledge of both septic and aseptic pharmaceutical processes 
– Familiarity with production control systems and planning methodologies and understanding of quality assurance practices 
– Experience in a coordination role within a production environment 
– Proficiency in both English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
