Role Description
As a Reliability Engineer, You will be involved in the continuous improvement of the technical maintenance of a large factory in the food industry with the most innovative production processes. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for the asset management of the Leeuwarden site
 
Responsibilities
– Identify and execute improvement projects to enhance the reliability of installations.
– Analyze failure data and conduct root cause analyses.
– Ensure standard work processes are embedded within the organization and improve them where necessary.
– Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs in collaboration with technical departments.
 
Requirements
– Completed HBO/WO education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a similar field.
– At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the food industry.
– Knowledge of and experience with reliability and maintenance engineering methodologies, such as FMECA and RCA.
– Experience with maintenance management systems (e.g., Ultimo or SAP PM).
