Production Operator

Role Description
As an Operator in Complex Compounding, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, responsible for creating the bulk products that are essential to our pharmaceutical production. These bulk products are crucial to the success of our fill-finish department, leading to the final high-quality pharma products that leave our site and reach patients in need. Your role is critical in ensuring that the patients receive lifesaving or enhancing medication daily.
Responsibilities
- Set up and start up equipment/processes in accordance with cleanroom SOPs and cGMP standards.
- Dispense, compound, and filtrate Teva’s sterile products within the Manufacturing Operations department.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance as instructed by the Engineering team.
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and good working practices to minimize accidents/incidents.
- Perform operational duties to enhance the overall quality of the final product.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards within your area(s) in accordance with cGMP.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving process issues efficiently.
- Report any instances of non-conformance to the management team.
- Complete batch and associated manufacturing documentation accurately and ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Degree in Engineering or Science, passionate about improving patients’ lives, or
- Experience in batch manufacturing (dispensing, compounding) within a highly regulated industry such as pharma, food manufacturing, or medical devices.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English, with a willingness to improve Dutch language skills if necessary.
- Self-starter with strong communication abilities.
- Capable of setting and delivering high performance standards for self and team members.
