Role Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our client’s team as Visual Inspectors, tasked with the essential responsibility of inspecting vaccines. This role is crucial to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in vaccine production. Successful candidates will be based on-site in Haarlem, where they will ensure that vaccines meet rigorous quality requirements.
 

Responsibilities
– Visual Inspection: Inspect labeled vials for defects such as cracks, particulate matter, and other visual abnormalities, ensuring each vaccine adheres to quality standards.
– Quality Assurance: Play a key role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of vaccines by identifying and reporting any defects that could compromise product quality.
– Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
– Documentation: Accurately record inspection results, including any deviations or findings, to support batch release, quality control, and regulatory audits.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members in the manufacturing process, including packaging operators, quality personnel, and line supervisors.

 

Requirements
– Must reside in Haarlem or within biking distance to ensure minimal travel time.
– Flexibility to work a two-shift system, with shifts starting as early as 6:30 AM and ending as late as 11:30 PM, including weekends.
– Good eyesight is crucial (glasses are acceptable); reliability and attention to detail are essential.
– Ability to commit to the repetitive nature of the tasks involved in this role.
