The Role
As a Project Specialist you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing various projects aimed at expanding the brand’s reach, improving product lines, or launching new initiatives.

Responsibilities
– Base QSR forecast deep-dive and sharpen up of data, keeping one source of truth, applying learnings from different customers.
– Promotion activities alignment into the forecast, generating insights on expected volume fluctuations.
– Convert sales/AUV data provided by customers, triggering understanding of pain points to be addressed with the different Customer markets.
– Tracking of OTIF of two biggest CMs for orders, automatization whenever possible.
– Performance CM’s: propose optimization on how data is tracked within the agreed KPI’s.
– Risk assessment on innovations: RM’s stock build and obsoletes risk.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or related education in Data Analytics, Economy, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
– Experienced within data analysis, supply chain, forecasting or related.
–  Ability to analyze large datasets, generate insights and apply them to improve forecasting and performance tracking.
– Ability to manage projects, coordinating with cross functional teams and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
