Role Description:
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for performing and overseeing various physical, chemical, biological, and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Your role includes analyzing test results, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
–Schedule batches efficiently and ensure timely execution.
–Maintain clear and effective communication with different teams, including your serology team.
–Drive continuous process improvements and foster a culture of ongoing enhancement.
–Assist with various administrative tasks related to quality systems within the department.
–Take on additional developmental tasks as needed, contributing to overall departmental growth

Requirements:
–Completed MBO level 4 education.
–Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
–Good knowledge of GMP and GDP.
