Role description
As a Planner within Quality Control Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely scheduling and coordination of various quality control tests for vaccines, pharmaceutical products, antigens, raw materials, APIs, and packaging materials. You will work closely with different teams to maintain high standards of quality and reliability. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and support administrative tasks within the department.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling batches accurately and on time to meet quality control requirements.
- Communicating effectively with various teams, including the serology team, to ensure smooth operations.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supporting administrative tasks related to quality systems within the department.
- Taking on additional development tasks as needed, contributing to the overall mission of improving the quality of life for humans and animals.
Requirements
- MBO level 4 completed.
- Prior planning experience is preferred. Knowledge of MSD and SAP systems is advantageous.
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Positive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and a sense of responsibility.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and structure tasks effectively.
- Ability to respond and adapt quickly to unexpected changes and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Social, stress-resistant, flexible, and open to supporting changes within the organization.
