Role Description
Responsible for managing and leading daily shifts, overseeing all production activities while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You take full ownership of achieving site targets and actively lead or support optimization projects, as well as introduce new production lines and processes.

– Manage and lead daily shifts, overseeing all production activities.
– Take full ownership of meeting site targets while upholding safety and quality standards.
– Lead and support optimization projects, introducing new production lines and processes.
– Continuously fine-tune production processes for optimal performance.
– Apply OPEX principles to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements
– Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant work experience.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a production department, or equivalent proven leadership qualifications.
– Preferably experienced in pharmaceutical production.
– Experience with operational excellence (OPEX) and holding a Belt certification is a plus.
– Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Proficient in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
