Role Description
As an Manufacturing Assembly Engineer, you will lead advancements at one of Europe’s most sophisticated manufacturing facilities, playing a crucial role in the production of millions of innovative products. You'll join a dynamic and motivated Production Engineering team that partners with Operations to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment. 

Responsibilities
– Prioritize customer needs, cultivate a positive and empowered workforce, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in workplace activities.
– Design efficient manufacturing processes for transitioning new products to mass production, while evaluating and mitigating potential risks.
– Work closely with Site Manufacturing Engineering teams to establish requirements and implement innovative solutions.

Requirement
– Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering
– Strong interest in learning about current assembly processes and production enhancements
– Ability to translate knowledge into practical, effective solutions
– Proficient in root cause analysis.
– Proficiency in both Dutch and English communication skills is required.
