Role Description
As an Assembly Engineer, you will drive improvements at one of Europe’s most advanced manufacturing sites, contributing to the production of millions of cutting-edge products. You’ll be part of a young, skilled, and motivated Production Engineering team that supports Operations by developing and maintaining manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment. This team plays a key role in enabling the Operations department to achieve its goals and meet customer needs.
 
Responsibilities
– Focus on customer needs, maintain a positive and empowered workforce, and drive continuous improvement in workplace activities.
-Develop efficient manufacturing processes for transferring new products to the factory for mass production, while assessing all potential risks.
– Collaborate closely with Site Manufacturing Engineering teams to define requirements and implement new innovations.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering)
– Strong desire to learn more about current assembly processes and production improvements
– Ability to apply knowledge into practical solutions
– Skilled in root cause analysis
