Role Description
Responsible for a skilled and motivated team that supports the Operations departments and leads continuous improvement efforts. The Production Engineering team consists of around 50 people, and this role is part of both the Production Engineering and assembly departments.
 
Responsibilities
– Focus on customer needs, keep employees positive and empowered, and continuously improve workplace activities
– Responsible for transferring new products to the factory for mass production by developing efficient manufacturing processes while assessing all potential risks
– Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment to help the Operations department meet its goals and satisfy customer needs
– Collaborate closely with Site Manufacturing Engineering teams to define requirements and implement new innovations

Requirements
– Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering)
– Strong desire to learn more about current assembly processes and production improvements
– Ability to apply knowledge into practical solutions
– Skilled in root cause analysis
– Experience in problem-solving within multi-disciplinary teams
– Ability to lead a team effectively
– Proficient in Dutch and English with strong communication skills
