Role Description
As Product Design & Development Manager, you will lead technical changes for existing liquid products and contributes to new projects scope, covering productivity, supply, quality, and capability improvements, while ensuring all business requirements are met.

Responsibilities
– Collect and check product data from multiple sources 
– Collaborate with Supply Points, Quality, Procurement, and Operations on trials and final results
– Ensure formulations meet design principles, mitigate risks, and complete documentation
– Ensure products comply with nutritional, sensory, physical, and chemical requirements

Requirements
– MSc in Food Science/Technology
– 3+ years of experience in a similar role 
– Good communication and stakeholder management skills 
– Project Management Skills 
– Proactive and problem-solving mindset
