Role description
In this role, you serve as the primary link between the work planner, operations, suppliers, and the technology department. You inspect machines and consult with operators to identify malfunctions before preventive maintenance. Collaborating with the maintenance engineer, you analyze work orders to ensure effective maintenance and enhance equipment reliability. Additionally, you act as the main contact for facility management on any defects and report directly to the technical lead.

Requirements
– Independently prepare and plan preventive maintenance for production systems to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
– Supervise work and oversee service technicians during preventive maintenance, addressing and resolving any issues that arise during implementation.
– Suggest improvements to preventive maintenance plans, including adjustments to activities and intervals.
– Develop detailed proposals for optimizing recommissioning procedures and implementing enhancements to equipment and facilities.
– Contribute to the accurate management of maintenance documentation and the completion of preventive work orders.
– Assist in the preparation of protocols and instructions, such as energy management plans.

Responsibilities
– MBO-level working and thinking capability with education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering (WTB), mechatronics, industrial automation, or a related field.
– Several years of relevant experience with automated systems in a regulated environment, such as food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries (preferred).
– Familiar with maintenance concepts.
