This Business Unit specifically handles production for major retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as renowned national and international brands.

Role Description
The Purchase specialist/coordinator processes invoice discrepancies and Updates prices/price lists (via SAP) and Processes phasing out items (via Refresh), steps for new items in Master Data Cockpit (info records, supplier lists and plan prices SAP).

Responsibilities
– Support budget planning and adjustments, and revise plan prices as needed.
– Update and clean up supplier information.
– Follow up with suppliers who have not placed orders through PRQ.
– Optimize Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) for better efficiency.
– Organize and clean the stock of test materials and deliver the updated contracts file to QA.
– Provide QA with the most recent source lists file.
– Supply a list of raw materials that have been discontinued and are missing for an extended period.
– Maintain and update the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) list, including consumption data.

Requirements
– bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or related discipline.
– At least 4-5 years of experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or Specialist.
– Extensive experience with SAP, particularly in the Master Data and Purchasing modules.
