About the Position
In this role, you will be the key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring that the ERP systems meet the company's needs. You will analyze and document business processes, develop solutions, and manage testing phases. Your role will involve creating training materials, supporting documentation, and resolving post-production issues while ensuring compliance with IT governance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and regional partners to document and analyze business needs related to Oracle ERP systems and process manufacturing.
• Design, develop, and document business processes, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Manage and coordinate testing activities, including integration, SQA, and user testing.
• Create and maintain documentation such as SOPs and work instructions and troubleshoot post-production issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and change control in a GxP-regulated environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Oracle ERP systems (Process Manufacturing, Inventory, WMS, etc.).
• Experience in a regulated GxP environment.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage both technical and functional aspects of the role.

Hybrid Work Arrangement
Location: Hoofddorp
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
