Role description 

• Collaborating with global and regional business partners to gather and document business requirements.
• Utilizing expertise in process manufacturing, Oracle ERP Finance, and Order Management to support business needs.
• Working closely with subject matter experts, business users, solution architects, and functional specialists to define and document business processes.
• Partnering with management and business operations to understand and document decision support needs.
• Designing and developing solutions to address business requirements, including the creation of test scenarios, scripts, and data for testing phases.
• Coordinating and supporting various testing activities, including integration testing, SQA, user testing, and validation.
• Assisting in the creation of training materials and the delivery of user training sessions.
• Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and other relevant documentation. 

Responsibilities 

• Providing troubleshooting and resolution support for post-production issues, ensuring proper documentation and updates.
• Communicating potential risks to the project team, both verbally and in writing.
• Supporting multi-functional business systems, including Oracle EBS, Boundary system integrations, analytics, and digital supply chain capabilities.
• Contributing to all aspects of the project, including content creation, review, editing, and preparation.
• Maintaining strong client relationships by supporting engagement and deliverables.
• Adhering to IT governance and change control processes in a FDA-regulated environment.
• Applying industry best practices to deliver solutions, with a focus on regulated GxP environments.
• Monitoring related projects or system changes to ensure no service degradation. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP, including process manufacturing, inventory, WMS, BOM, order management, and shipping.
• Hands-on experience in a regulated GxP environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business SMEs, users, and functional specialists to document business processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in coordinating and supporting testing activities, such as integration testing, SQA, user testing, and validation.
• Ability to work effectively between functional and technical teams.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to drive conversations to clear conclusions.
• Domain experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MES integrated with ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio.
