Description
The Supply Chain Ops Coordinator is a key member of the Integrated Operations department, acting as the crucial link between supply and demand. The role involves managing demand and supply operations to optimize customer case fill performance and informing stakeholders about stock risks and opportunities. You are responsible for identifying and mitigating stock risks due to supply issues and demand deviations, maintaining close contact with Sourcing Units, and monitoring daily demand variations related to baseline, promotions, and repacks.
Responsibilities
-Ensure the secure handling of daily customer orders, from order placement to delivery at customers’ distribution centers, while adhering to delivery SLAs .
-Address demand and supply alerts generated by the Proactive Stock Management Tool (PSMT) and APO.
-Make strategic decisions regarding stock allocation across all customers, considering the overall business perspective.
-Update the order management database (OMDB) to reflect demand changes that could result in low inventory or stockouts.
-Address supply issues when demand fluctuations impact stock availability.
-Manage supply and demand risks in the event of quality issues
-Review KPI reports on customer service levels and implement corrective actions as needed to drive improvements.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
-Experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service.
-Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
-Familiarity with the FMCG market.
-Background in Planning or Stock Management.
-Demonstrated success in stakeholder management.
-Proficiency in Dutch and English
