Role description
You ensure a high-quality workflow within the maintenance organization from initiation to the administrative handling of all additional matters. 

Responsibilities 

  • Supporting priority 1 and 2 activities upon the Maintenance Specialist’s request.
  • Handling notifications for priority 3 and 4, creating work orders in SAP.
  • Preparing work orders by recording outside work, creating task lists, providing budget indications, sourcing and ordering materials, coordinating with external service contractors, discussing and providing work permits, financially settling work (verifying pro-forma invoices against quotations), documenting repetitive work plans.
  • Expediting ordered materials.
  • Assisting the Maintenance Specialist with urgent purchases and notifications for priority 1 and 2.
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, maintaining backlog, and processing PM plans.
  • Checking ordered materials and verifying material usage when closing work orders.
  • Coordinating with the Maintenance Specialist to deregister work orders and create Service Entry Sheets in SAP.
  • Preparing shutdown notifications to ensure work can be performed during standstills.
  • Following up on inquiries from the Maintenance Specialist.
  • Collaborating with the Operations-Maintenance Coordinator or Maintenance 

Requirements 

  • MBO level 4 education completed.
  • Experience with SAP, scheduling, Microsoft Office, Primavera MS Projects.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a chemical production environment, including at least 2 years as a technical executive or 5 years in a similar position.
