Role description
As a Recruitment Strategist, you will develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and address the hiring needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include analyzing workforce requirements, creating targeted recruitment plans, and leveraging various channels to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process, connecting top talent with leading clients.
Review CVs, negotiate contracts, and prepare candidates for interviews.
Take initiative and enjoy the freedom to organize your own work.
Focus on selecting the best-skilled and talented specialists in the market.

Requirements:
Relevant recruitment experience (360 or 180 preferred)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
Fluent in English and/or Dutch
Reside within an hour of Haarlem railway station
