Maintenance Planner

Their products and technologies are used to make items that improve the quality of life for people around the world, including packaging, electronics, automotive parts, home furnishings, construction materials, and biofuels.

Role Description
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for the preparation and organization of interventions in our chemical plant, working alongside an experienced work planner. These interventions involve complex preventive maintenance activities, where you will develop a Job Intervention Plan (JIP). You will ensure proper work preparation according to LyondellBasell’s procedures, based on notifications from Maintenance Supervisors. Your tasks will include identifying required activities, estimating lead times, reserving, and ordering necessary materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize maintenance interventions in the chemical plant.
• Develop Job Intervention Plans (JIP) for complex preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure work preparation aligns with LyondellBasell’s procedures.
• Identify required activities and estimate lead times.
• Reserve and order necessary materials.
• Monitor the status of contractors/suppliers.
• Handle administrative matters, including delivery certificates and payments.

Requirements

• Completed at least MBO Electrical Engineering.
• Approximately 10 years of work experience as a work planner in an operational factory environment within the (petro) chemical industry.
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and P6 Planning programs is essential.
• Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
