About the
Join our client’s European Ice Cream Business Unit as the Ice Cream Manufacturing Operations Manager. You’ll be the key liaison between the company and its collaborative manufacturing partners, ensuring efficient operations and top-quality products.
Responsibilities
-Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with manufacturing partners.
-Manage Performance: Track and report performance metrics, ensuring goals for quality, service, and cost are met.
-Oversee Projects: Lead innovation and product development projects, ensuring timely and successful launches.
-Ensure Quality: Monitor and improve quality systems at partner sites to meet industry standards.
Requirements
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as chemical or food engineering.
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing or operations, preferably in the food industry.
-Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
-Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
