The Company

Role Description
As a key member of the Cell Therapy Production Team, you are responsible for a variety of operational activities essential to our manufacturing process. The role involves working in a highly regulated, cleanroom environment to support the production of high-quality biopharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities
Apheresis Accession and Transfer:

  • Perform apheresis accession tasks and ensure proper transfer to manufacturing areas.

Growth Media Preparation:

  • Prepare growth media within cleanroom C Grade areas, maintaining the integrity of the ‘nest’ environment.

Batch Documentation Review:

  • Support the review of batch documentation to ensure timely release of products.

Material Decontamination:

  • Decontaminate materials before delivering them to the manufacturing suites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

 Manufacturing Support:

  • Supply manufacturing ‘nest’ suites with all necessary materials and components to maintain continuous production flow.

Batch Documentation Transfer:

  • Transfer batch documentation accurately and efficiently to the cleanroom ‘nests’.

Final Product Inspection:

  • Conduct visual inspections of the final product to ensure it meets quality standards.

Cryopreservation:

  • Cryopreserve excess cells and final products, adhering to established protocols.

Sample Transfer:

  • Transfer and submit samples to QC-sample management for further analysis.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleanroom environment or similar regulated settings is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
