Role Description
As a Recruitment Strategist, you will manage the entire recruitment process for temporary placements across a range of roles, including engineers, laboratory technicians, and customer service representatives. You’ll develop and maintain your own candidate pool, align client needs with candidate skills, review CVs, negotiate contracts, and prepare candidates for interviews. This role offers flexibility, encouraging you to take initiative and work collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities
– Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines
– Match client needs with candidate skills and experience
– Review CVs, conduct interviews, and prepare candidates for interviews
– Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment goals and client expectations
– Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
– 1-2 years of relevant work experience (Agency Recruitment, External Recruitment, Staffing Agency Experience, Third-Party Recruitment)
– Fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage
– Resides within 1 hour of Haarlem railway station
– Socially skilled, resilient, and results-driven
– Interest in pharmaceutical, food, and FMCG sectors
