Our client is one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions.

Role Description
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating service delivery performance across a broad range of site services, ensuring optimal service levels and operational efficiencies. The role encompasses managing outsourced activities and acting as the key interface between the site, service providers, and customers. 

Responsibilities
– Coordinating and managing a variety of site services, including security, mailroom, food services, graphics/reproduction, mail copy services, housekeeping, conference room management, audio-visuals, pest control, grounds maintenance, GxP Cleaning, hard services, project improvement requirements, lab services, and SAP CMMS system.
– Executing and managing contracts for outsourced facilities services, focusing on service level optimization and operational efficiency.
– Serving as the primary interface for the site, ensuring services and operational improvements align with customer expectations and contractual service levels.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Services, or a related field.
– Minimum of three years of experience with equipment and utility systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
– Broad understanding of facilities management and compliance requirements.
– Management experience with exempt, non-exempt, and external resources.
– Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment.
