Role Description
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining production output as documented in the master production schedule or shipment schedule, ensuring compliance with safety and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities
– Have a thorough understanding of the entire manufacturing process.
– Collect and analyze data to make informed, data-driven decisions.
– Knowledge about CGMP requirements related to their work.
– Maintain up-to-date training on all applicable procedures.
– Familiar with EHS & S requirements related to their work and ensure ongoing training in these procedures.
– Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in work processes and communicate them to the line engineer.
– Focus on ensuring a thorough and flawless production process that meets the highest standards.

Requirement
– HBO or Bachelors or Masters in Education.
– At least 5 years of work experience.
– Experience in the medical device industry or medical field.
– Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Windows, and ERP software.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
