Role Description
As Account Support, you act as the crucial link between Sales, Customer Care, Quality, Demand Planning, and the Customer, coordinating efforts to meet both channel and departmental objectives through excellent contract monitoring and proactive problem-solving. This role, within the FCP Commercial Operations organization, supports Account Managers, enhances planning activities, and ensures optimal customer service across a diverse customer base in Europe and APAC.

-Acts as the intermediary between the customer and the internal organization, staying informed about customer insights, new demands, and market trends.
-Keep Salesforce up to date with all customer insights, visit reports, and phone calls. Ensure customer demand is accurately captured for the forecasting process and be prepared to address any constraints that arise.
-Ensure that customer master data in SAP and Salesforce is kept up to date using SAP/DSP.
-Handle complaints as the initial contact, ensuring smooth and timely resolution, and escalate when necessary, especially if contractual obligations, minor issues, or reputation are at risk.
-Manage all active contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed terms such as appropriate Incoterms, volumes, timelines, and types. Monitor overdue management closely and serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues.
-Enter commercial sample orders in SAP and follow up with the customer in close cooperation with the CC, sample rooms, sales manager, and Key Account Manager.
-Delivers relevant customer information, business analyses, and market intelligence to Sales/Key Account Managers to enhance customer relationships and improve delivery performance.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within an international B2B environment.
-Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a relevant field.
-Commercial acumen and customer oriented
-Fluent in Dutch, English
