The Company:
Our client is a top snacking company based in Amsterdam, dedicated to creating joy and happiness. Their snacks bring people together. They are seeking an Office Manager who shares their passion for hospitality. This role includes overseeing their lively office, coffee café, and lunch facilities.
 

Role Description:
The Office Manager will ensure our office is a hub of creativity, joy, and collaboration. You will manage all office operations, reflecting our ethos in every task. Ideal for someone with a service-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
 

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with project teams and employee groups to set up office operations (e.g., F&B, parking, room booking, seating, pet policies).
-Support change management and communications for the office move to Amsterdam.
-Post-move: Manage daily office operations, including coffee café and lunch facilities.
-Foster a welcoming and productive work environment.
-Lead and inspire the office management team.
-Manage key Facilities Management suppliers and third-party vendors.
-Resolve performance and service issues, escalating as needed.
-Organize office events and activities to promote team spirit.
-Maintain excellent organizational and communication channels.
 

Requirements:
-Preferred background in hospitality management or education.
-Experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Services.
-Previous experience in office management or a leadership role in a service-oriented environment.
-Proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on positive workplace culture.
-Ability to lead a team with empathy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
-Basic financial understanding.
-Strong supervisory skills.
