Role Description
Your role as a Deployment Planner is to be the key point of contact from Supply Point to all Country Business Units regarding shipments of the right product, right quality, right quantity, right place, and at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Plan daily and weekly shipments ensuring the right product, quality, quantity, place, and timely delivery for all Sales Units (KPI: Inventory Quality).
  • Act as a key contact from Supply Point to Country Business Units, providing timely and accurate information to manage critical stock situations or overstocks (KPI: Service Level and Write-offs).
  • Optimize supply chain management by enhancing deployment performance through projects focused on forecasting, stocks, and distribution.
  • Analyze daily/weekly shipment advice exceptions (SAP APO).
  • Determine equitable distribution of finished goods to customers (CBUs).
  • Create sales orders for shipments to CBUs (SAP R/3).
  • Proactively inform customers about stock level issues (quality releases, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Production Planning, Customers, and Warehouse to improve deployment plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a planner, preferably in stock or deployment planning; supply or demand planning experience is also acceptable.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented.
  • Ability to process large data sets into valuable customer information.
  • Pride in work with a sense of ownership for specific issues or improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Adaptable to a changing environment and eager to be part of the change.
  • Critical thinker, with an eye for detail and a questioning attitude.
