The Company
Our client is one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions.

Role Description
As Training Coordinator, you will be part of member of the Learning & Performance team, you will handle accurate training administration and serve as the training representative for internal clients, providing daily support to them. 

Responsibilities
– Facilitating training logistics, administration, and planning.
– Acting as the point of contact for LMS usage, supporting systems, and proper completion of training forms.
– Generating training reports for clients.
Creating, interpreting, and following up on training metrics (KPIs).
Managing the ABR L&P SharePoint site.
Executing training assessments (LMS tracked documents).
Serving as the first point of contact for Learning and Performance questions and needs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field.
– Knowledge of how systems support business processes.
Some experience in developing and implementing standard policies and procedures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to independently understand, follow, and implement complex instructions.
