Role Description:
Our client is seeking an ambitious and experienced Equipment Validation Engineer to lead equipment implementation and validation activities. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, leveraging your expertise in process technology and equipment validation to deliver solutions that meet design requirements, ensure top-notch quality, and achieve business objectives.
 

Responsibilities:
-Write protocols and perform validations with help from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
-Gather requirements and write documents for machines, equipment, and their software components
-Create and run test protocols, then write reports on the results.
-Manage deviations and defects, and communicate with the Validation Review Board (VRB).
-Implement new equipment validations to ensure they can be scaled globally within the organization.
-Design, develop, and carry out test plans and validation documents, ensuring they are completed on time.
-Support projects aimed at improving machining equipment, optical setups, and vision systems.
 

Requirements:
-7+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering in medium to high volume settings
-Experience in a highly regulated industry with cGMP
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Minitab
-Experience with validation in MedTech, Pharma, or other regulated sectors
-Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and report creation
-Strong analytical skills, eager to learn, team-oriented, and excellent communicator with a high sense of urgency
