Laboratory Technician

Role Description
As a Laboratory Technician you will be responsible for carrying out quality control of raw materials and end products (plastic powders). Preparation and execution of physical tests are carried out with the associated administrative work.

Responsibilities
– Preparing standard determinations (such as particle size analysis, color, composition, material properties, MFI).
– Carrying out quality control by means of various standard provisions according to work instructions, in order to enable adjustment of the production process and to guarantee quality.
–  Carrying out administrative work for the department, so that the data is correctly registered in the automated system..
 – Carrying out reports and calibrations and handling complaints and maintaining the archive.

Requirements
– BSc in laboratory.
– Some work experience in a laboratory.
– Can work independently and accurately.
– Willingness to work in shifts (3 shifts) and is flexible.
– Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and knowledge of the English language.
