Role Description
We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our client’s team at the Breda factory. In this role, you will be an integral part of the quality management team, ensuring the products meet the highest standards. You will work closely with various departments to maintain and improve the quality management system, playing a crucial role in our client’s mission to revolutionize the food industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for quality-related issues.
  • Maintain the quality management system and ensure compliance with the FSSC 22000 standard, acting as the primary contact for certification bodies.
  • Lead food safety management reviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the internal audit program for the factory.
  • Lead the HACCP team and manage HACCP studies and documents in the factory’s quality manual.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement through complaint investigations, root cause analyses, CAPA activities, and change management.
  • Manage blocked product and release activities for raw materials and semi-finished products.
  • Conduct trend analysis of key quality parameters and initiate improvement activities.
  • Support the quality transformation agenda in alignment with the company’s quality strategy.
  • Lead quality training and programs for employees.
  • Act as the point of contact for external audits (e.g., supplier audits).
  • Support with incidents and escalations with relevant teams.

Requirements
Completed education in food technology and/or quality management or similar.
Experience in quality assurance within an FMCG company (fast-moving consumer goods), preferably in chilled products.
Familiarity and experience with the latest quality management systems, food safety, labeling & legislation, and QSHE principles.
HBO or university level of working and thinking.
Proficient in Dutch (both written and spoken).
