The Company Our client is a global health care company that delivers innovative health solutions through its prescription medicines, vaccines, biologic therapies, and animal health products. It`s first European branch opened in Amsterdam and now has three other facilities in the Netherlands serving countries all over the globe. Role Description As part of the Regulatory Affairs department, you will coordinate and oversee the artwork projects and maintain contact with the stakeholders and other teams like QA, Supply Chain and others. Responsibilities - Ensure smooths artwork management to meet deadlines and target dates - Update product labeling according to regulatory requirements - Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - Manage the daily planning of operational tasks for the labeling team Requirements - BSc/MSc or related work experience - Work experience in Regulatory, QA or Supply Chain Department within the pharmaceutical industry - Experience working with an artwork/document management system - Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing)
