Role Description
In this role you will manage the daily artwork management process, ensuring uniformity and timeliness in country-specific product labeling while coordinating new and revised product labeling with regulatory requirements. You will also train and guide other Labeling Officers, maintain stakeholder communication, and oversee the control and phasing of packaging materials.
Responsibilities
– Ensure consistency in product labeling for each country, meet deadlines and target dates, and handle both internal and external communications.
– Coordinate and implement new and updated product labeling according to regulatory requirements.
– Oversee small artwork management projects with minimal guidance from the Labeling Coordination, participate in change teams, and assist Labeling Coordination in PIT teams.
– Ensure the accurate and timely management of the artwork design department, both internal and external.
– Gather all necessary information for new product labeling, including technical specifications, design details, registration requirements, and text content.
– Manage the transition of updated materials and oversee the phase-out of existing packaging materials.
– Maintain communication with key stakeholders such as local companies, packaging sites, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Department, Area Management, external printing, and QA.
– Ensure the accurate and complete intake of documents and procedures that initiate introductions or changes.
– Manage the daily planning of operational tasks for the labeling team.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or multiple years related work experience.
-Strong English communication skills.
-Preferably work experience in regulatory, QA or Supply chain within the farma industry
-Preferably experience with an artwork/document management system.
