Supply Chain Specialist

Role Description
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the commercial cell order process from receipt of patient cells until final product delivery in a fast paced, exciting, multicultural, and growing environment.

Responsibilities
– Work in close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders.
– Control the daily operation and at times on a wider level, identifying bottle necks in processes and unblocking them by means of problem-solving or escalating to ensure uninterrupted service to our Patients.
– Develop a trusted and strong relationship with the commercial team in each local market.
– Partner collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders on orders status and queries, proactively identify and mitigate any potential supply interruptions, implements required corrective measurements and/or escalates to next level for support.
– Lead daily operational meetings with stakeholders to manage and resolve issues and set priorities.
– Defines and reports on targets (KPIs) for the team to ensure accurate performance tracking and alignment with business needs.

 Requirements
– Master’s Degree and 3 years of Operations or Supply Chain Experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Operations or Supply Chain experience
– Experienced in customer service and supply chain experience.
–  Experience with system used in Production Environment (ERP, e.g Oracle EBS, SAP)
– Supply chain experience in pharmaceutical Industry (Oncology, hematology, immunotherapy preferred)
