Role Description
The Associate Director of Maintenance oversees maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment availability and functionality. As a strategic leader, you will drive initiatives to optimize production processes and minimize downtime while managing the Maintenance team.

Responsibilities
– Develop and execute maintenance plans to support business goals, guiding the Maintenance team.
– Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, overseeing their performance, development, and fostering a positive team culture.
– Increase operational efficiency by strategizing maintenance plans, controlling budgets, overseeing team operations, and collaborating cross-functionally to streamline production processes.
– Maintain a culture of compliance and quality by ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines, safety regulations, and industry standards, while being prepared for audits and inspections to ensure the organization’s reputation and operations remain uncompromised.
– Drive exceptional performance by continuously monitoring and optimizing maintenance processes, implementing best practices to maximize equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and minimize costs, ultimately leading to increased efficiency and productivity
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maximizing productivity. By fostering strong communication and teamwork, we can proactively address maintenance needs while keeping operations running smoothly.
– Ensure the highest level of safety and compliance by adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment that protects employees, assets, and the public. This includes ongoing training, risk assessments, and proactive monitoring of maintenance activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements
-Proven track record of leadership in maintenance operations within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated manufacturing environment.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
