Role Description  
As a Site QA Team Leader you are responsible for the processes and colleagues of the quality department. Your efforts guarantee food-safe production, You ensure together with the quality team, the process continuously meets high-quality and food safety requirements. You represent our client’s quality vision to the customer, internal organization, and shop floor.

Responsibilities 
-Oversaw a local QA team, reporting directly to the CP QA Manager of Specialized Nutrition.
-Maintained accountability for ensuring the quality of product and processes for infant powder products targeted at critical markets and vulnerable consumers, particularly infants and young children.
-Took on responsibility for conducting both internal and external audits related to food safety.
-Acted as the representative of QA CP Specialized Nutrition, proactively managing significant changes and projects that posed quality and food safety risks for our client’s site.
-Ensured timely reporting of QFS performance and proficiently managed problem-solving and quality issues.
-Supervised site quality resource planning, organization, and the development of quality talent, including succession planning initiatives.
-Cultivated a culture of continuous quality improvement, proactively identifying strategic investments and sourcing projects.

Requirements
-You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology or a related field. 
-You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
-Background in the consumer branded food industry, ideally with experience in IFT, Dairy, and/or Pharma. 
-Completed relevant audit training and possesses experience in conducting audits.
-Profound understanding of Quality and Food Safety (QFS) systems such as FSSC22000, ISO, GFSI, both in theory and in practical implementation, along with experience with food safety regulatory authorities.
