Role Description
The Maintenance Engineer oversees technical frameworks and maintenance systems, ensuring reliability while minimizing costs. They provide mandatory advice based on legislation and guidelines, managing improvement projects within and across departments.
 

Responsibilities
-Collaborating with leads to define business objectives for technical systems to determine maintenance and reliability levels.
-Developing maintenance plans with costs and spare parts to ensure system reliability and availability.
-Analysing preventive and corrective maintenance, adjusting plans to improve system reliability.
-Drafting technical specs for equipment changes, evaluating and documenting modifications, and adjusting maintenance accordingly.
-Analysing maintenance data to identify areas for improving system performance and maintenance plans.
-Establishing connections between production process performance and equipment used.
-Leading data-driven improvement projects at Green Belt level, driving site-wide improvement of PM/CM ratio.
-Ultimately responsible for structuring objects in SAP PM with GMP/EHS designation and CCA analysis.
-Determining Maintenance Strategy (FMECA) and associated Spare Parts Strategy.
-Adhering strictly to safety regulations and incorporating them into maintenance plans.
-Actively engaging in the company’s network SAP PM Community of Practice.
-Collaborating with peers to develop uniform practices and shape joint policies.
-Ensuring compliance with company policies on safety, health, and environment in the CMMS, setting a positive example.
 

Requirements
-Minimum Degree in Engineering (electrical, industrial automation, maintenance etc.
-+3 years’ experience in maintenance
-Knowledge of SAP-PM
-Knowledge of GMP and EHS
-Some project management skills can be beneficial
-Fluency in English and Dutch is required
-Proactive and detail oriented
