Role Description
As the Operator, you will be a valued member of the Life Sciences team dedicated to maintaining a sterile environment for pharmaceutical products. This role involes  setting up equipment, monitoring, troubleshooting, complying with health and safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
 
Responsibilities
– Qualification in gowning required for aseptic core work
– Setup equipment per cleanroom procedures and cGMP
– Monitor equipment performance; adjust or consult supervisors for deviations
– Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Improve final product quality through operational duties
– Maintain cleanliness standards in work area according to cGMP
– Actively troubleshoot process issues to meet performance targets
– Promptly report non-conformances to management
– Complete batch and manufacturing documentation accurately and in compliance with SOPs and cGMP
 
Requirements
-Minimum MBO or HBO degree
-1+ year of experience in production/manufacturing
-Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
-Work experience in Pharmaceuticals or Food Production
-Willing to work 24 hour shifts
