Role Description
In this role you will use your multitasking, administrative and pro-active skills to ensure smooth workflow at the Boxmeer site.

Responsibilities
-Typing documents and correspondence.
-Filing documents and maintaining organized records.
-Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate individuals.
-Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
-Managing calendars and coordinating schedules.
-Keeping records of appointments and important dates.
-Coordinating meetings and conferences, including arranging logistics.
-Obtaining necessary supplies for the department or individual.
-Sorting and distributing incoming mail.
-Working on special projects, which may involve recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.

Requirements
-Multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
-Demonstrating strong communication skills in interactions with colleagues and external parties.
-Demonstrating strong organizational skills to maintain efficiency.
-Proficiency with MS Office applications for various tasks.
-Working with moderate work direction but being able to identify issues or problems and seeking assistance as needed to resolve them.
