As an Associate Quality Assurance , you will be responsible for Complaints handling (including performing assessments) in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory guidelines, and business performance objectives.
– Lead product quality complaints, safety investigations, and product security investigations for both commercial and clinical products.
– Conduct thorough assessments to support and resolve complaint investigations, ensuring timely and accurate conclusions.
– Identify and take ownership of Quality Assurance Non-Conformances (NCs) and initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
– Develop, review, and approve essential procedures and work instructions, ensuring strict adherence to corporate, site, and regulatory requirements.
-Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance experience, particularly in complaint investigation.
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
-A minimum of an MBO or Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s degree with relevant experience is advantageous.
