Associate Order-to-Cash Business Support AMGEN
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
We need someone who’s comfortable with systems such as Track wise.
Strong attention to detail especially to numbers and comfortable doing analysis’s
Understanding, basic understanding, with SAP. Person doesn’t need to have advance experience.
Customer focus. The CW will support internal customers / teams and follow up / manage their expectations in relation to their requests.
Comfortable with Excel. There is no need to have advance experience.
Understanding of whole order cash piece would be more interesting for the candidate to understand that supply chain ordered cash. The candidate doesn’t have to have Pharma background. So, paid ordered cash modules would be most interesting to see.
The initial contract duration is 12 months

Ensures reliable and efficient ERP support (operational support, incident management & testing) within GSHE scope.
Acts as the 1st point of contact for flow stoppers and issue resolution in ERP.
Executes compliance related tasks to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and guidelines (GDP, GMP, SOX).
Support of business and system improvements.
Manages GSHE daily/monthly reporting requirements, including KPIs & month end closing. Advises on issues to be escalated.
Handling of ERP (ad hoc) operational flow stoppers and support requests (i.e. tolling, serialization, ECC, etc.).
Manage ERP Master data set up requests.
Daily/monthly execution of all (KPI) reporting (daily dashboard update, monthly KPIs, month end reporting, etc.) to provide accurate data to support operations and drive business decisions.
Represent GSHE in ERP enhancements and change requests.
Responsible for the timely completion of the month end process including issue follow up and resolution.
Support any SOX related requests.
Participate in/contribute to global SAP and business improvement projects.
Identify potential issues and drive continuous improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency within processes.
Update and maintenance of GxP controlled documents.
Daily monitoring of return shipments with pro-active response on potential issues.
Support cost management processes to ensure timely completion of all flows.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business Admin/Management, Economics, or similar.
Strong user experience and interest in SAP Order-to-Cash module.
Typically, 3 or more years of related professional experience.
Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.
Excellence in working with MS Office and experience with ERP system.
Experience in working across various cultures.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Availability outside office hours on an ad hoc basis.
Pro-active self starter able to management workload and prioritize.
Experienced in project work.
Knowledge of Operational Excellence tools, six sigma, FMEA.
Experience working with SAP TM.
