Role Description
Support maintenance and calibration tasks by providing technical input and managing related documentation. Participate in analyzing equipment and process issues, suggesting improvements. Coordinate planned maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of work orders. Assist in shutdown preparations and corrective actions, evaluating new equipment for safety and compliance. Ensure smooth operation by maintaining up-to-date operation and maintenance manuals.

– Offer technical insights for maintenance and calibration procedures, including the documentation of maintenance and calibration activities.
– Engaging in the analysis of equipment, process root causes and contributing to enhancements.
– Organize, oversee, and manage scheduled maintenance, calibration activities, ensuring timely issuance, completion, and return of work orders. 
– Track corrective actions, maintain operation and maintenance manuals.
– Support in organizing and coordinating shutdown tasks, implementing necessary corrections, and examining new equipment, processes for maintenance-related concerns, including safety and compliance.

– Bachelor’s degree in related engineering fields.
– Minimum 2years experience in organizing upkeep tasks for buildings, making sure labs and cleanrooms are well-maintained, and managing security systems.
– It’s good if you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge (though not required). 
– Having experience in validation/qualification and familiarity with building automation systems, cleanrooms, and HVAC is a bonus.
