Role description
Your responsibility is to efficiently handle tasks within the safety database. This role involves logging into the database to identify and promptly resolve assigned tasks, particularly those associated with Patient Support Program.

-Ensures the timely submission of all reportable adverse drug reaction reports and the distribution of periodic safety reports or urgent safety communications, as required by local regulations and our client’s procedures.
-Facilitates the exchange of adverse event information with functional service providers in line with specific agreements or procedures.
-Collaborates with the Safety Manager and Senior Safety Associate to maintain the required standard of local operating performance and reporting compliance for adverse event cases and periodic safety reports.
-Participates in the resolution of local issues through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and related activities.
-Implements local quality assurance measures to ensure the inspection readiness of the local safety function.

-Hold an MBO+ or HBO degree.
-Demonstrate a robust administrative profile with experience in using Office applications.
-Display computer literacy, including some knowledge of database usage.
-Proactively seek assistance in unfamiliar situations.
-Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
