As a Process Engineer you play a pivotal role in introducing new products and technologies to the packaging operations. Additionally, they serve as subject matter experts dedicated to ensuring the ongoing efficiency of the production lines. Process Engineers within this department focus on both the initiation of new product introductions and the strategic management throughout the product life cycle.
– Manage the introduction of new products into the packaging line, including testing and analysis.
– Work with a team to evaluate and choose new packaging materials.
– Monitor processes, analyze data, and address issues to keep operations smooth.
– Assist in solving complex problems related to processes, equipment, or materials.
– Write testing protocols, perform evaluations, and submit technical reports.
– Ensure projects are completed on time and provide updates to senior management.
– Lead discussions on new packaging ideas and improvements with the Product Development team.
– Collaborate with different teams for effective coordination.
– Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging materials.
– Experience in pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated area.
– Have experience leading teams or the eagerness to take on leadership roles.
– Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
